Building the Business OS

Quickfront is a business automation platform for Nigerian merchants. This page is the thinking behind it: the problem we kept seeing, the shift we are betting on, and where the product is going.

The problem

The hard part was never selling

Most Nigerian merchants already sell every day. What slows them down is everything around the sale. Orders arrive in WhatsApp, stock lives in a notebook or a spreadsheet, payments sit in a bank app, and customer history lives in someone’s memory. Nothing is connected, so the same details get typed two or three times, and a stockout or a missed payment is usually found out late.

The hard part was never selling. It was everything around the sale.

The shift

Fewer tools, working together

The usual fix is to bolt tools together: a website builder here, a payment link there, an inventory sheet, and a separate way to follow up with customers. Each one has its own login, its own bill, and its own learning curve, so merchants end up managing software instead of running a business. The shift we are betting on is the opposite. One place, set up once, where the pieces already work together.

Merchants should run a business, not a stack of software.

The product

The whole operation in one place

Quickfront brings the storefront, orders, payments, inventory, customers, invoices, and bookings into one dashboard, with an AI assistant handling the repetitive questions in between. A merchant sets it up once and runs the business from there. We are the platform a merchant uses to build and run their store, not the store itself. The business stays theirs, we take the busywork.

One setup. One dashboard. The whole operation in one place.

The vision

A business operating system

We are building toward a version of running a business online in Nigeria that takes one setup, not ten, where the operational work of selling is handled well enough that merchants spend their time on the parts only they can do. A business operating system for the people who keep the economy moving, built patiently and close to the ground.
