Your cookie preferences

You have not made a choice yet. Essential cookies are always active.

Essential: Always active

The items below are strictly necessary for Quickfront to work. They are set automatically when you use the platform and cannot be turned off through cookie preferences. You can delete them through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging in, completing a purchase, or using core features.

Authentication and sessionsAlways active
TypeBrowser cookies + local storage
PurposeKeeps you signed in to your Quickfront account and routes you securely across Quickfront subdomains (for example, your dashboard and storefront). Without this, you would be logged out on every page load.
DurationUp to 7 days, refreshed when you are active.
Setup and onboarding progressAlways active
TypeSession storage (temporary, tab-level)
PurposeSaves your progress through the multi-step setup flow. It stores your chosen storefront name, business details, contact information, and other inputs so you can move between steps without losing your work. This data is never sent anywhere; it exists only in your browser tab.
DurationCleared automatically when you close the browser tab or complete setup.
Cart and checkoutAlways active
TypeLocal storage + session storage
PurposeSaves the items in your shopping cart on a public storefront so they are not lost if you refresh the page or navigate between products. Also holds a temporary reference during checkout so your order details can be recovered if the page is accidentally closed before payment completes.
DurationCart items persist until you clear them or complete your order. Checkout recovery data is cleared once the session ends.
AI chat sessionAlways active
TypeLocal storage
PurposeStores a randomly generated session identifier for the storefront AI assistant. This lets the AI remember the context of your conversation if you navigate to a different product page and come back. The session ID is not linked to any personal account.
DurationPersists in your browser until you clear site data. No expiry is set.
Your consent recordAlways active
TypeLocal storage
PurposeRecords the choices you make in the cookie banner: whether you accepted all cookies, rejected non-essential ones, or saved custom preferences. Also stores a policy version number so we know when to show the banner again if our cookie practices change.
DurationPersists until you update your preferences or clear your browser data.
Optional: Requires your consent

The following are only active after you give consent through the banner or preferences panel. You can change your mind at any time using the option on this page or in the cookie banner.

AnalyticsOptional
TypeThird-party scripts and cookies
PurposeOur analytics provider helps us understand how people use Quickfront: which pages and features are popular, how long visits last, and where users come from. We use this to improve the platform. No personal data is sold. Analytics scripts are not loaded and no tracking occurs until you explicitly consent.

Governed by the provider's privacy policy . Analytics tracking is active on both quickfront.app and qfront.app (public storefronts).
PreferencesOptional
TypeLocal storage
PurposeMay be used to remember optional display settings and interface preferences between visits, so your experience is more consistent when you return. We do not currently use this category beyond essential storage, but it is included for transparency and may be used in the future.

Security and third-party tools

Some features on Quickfront use third-party services for security, fraud prevention, and payment processing. These services may set their own cookies or use browser storage as part of how they operate. They are described below for transparency.

Bot protectionSecurity

Used on sign-up forms and security-sensitive actions to tell real users apart from bots and automated abuse. It analyses interaction signals without storing personal data or using tracking cookies, making it a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Governed by the provider's privacy policy .

Payment gatewaysPayments

When a customer pays through a storefront or a merchant subscribes to a Quickfront plan, our payment partner (Paystack) may use browser storage or set cookies to support the secure payment flow, detect fraud, and manage card authorisation. These are governed by Paystack's own privacy and cookie policies. See paystack.com/privacy for details.

Third-party sign-inAuth

If you choose to sign in using a third-party provider, they may set cookies or use browser storage as part of the authentication process. This is only triggered when you actively choose to use third-party sign-in. Governed by the provider's privacy policy .

Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site storage through their settings. Keep in mind that blocking essential storage may prevent you from logging in, completing a purchase, or using parts of Quickfront that depend on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new technologies or change the purposes for which we use them. If the update affects optional cookies, we will show the consent banner again so you can review and update your preferences before the new storage takes effect.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated. Continued use of Quickfront after an update means you have reviewed the changes.
