Terms of Service

The rules and agreements that govern your use of Quickfront.

Effective: May 24, 2026

Platform Overview
01

What Quickfront Does

We provide tools that help businesses and sellers create online fronts, display products and services, manage orders, track customers, manage inventory, automate customer conversations, and receive payments.

We are a platform provider. We are not the owner, seller, manufacturer, supplier, distributor, delivery company, agent, employee, partner, or representative of any business or seller that creates a front on the platform.

Each front is operated by the business, seller, or user that created or manages it. Customers who buy from a front are buying from that seller, not from Quickfront.

02

Who May Use Quickfront

Quickfront is currently designed mainly for businesses and sellers based in Nigeria.

You may use Quickfront as:

  1. (a)a registered business;
  2. (b)an informal or unregistered seller, where permitted by us;
  3. (c)a verified business, after completing the verification we require; or
  4. (d)a person authorised to create and manage a front on behalf of a business.

By using Quickfront, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to create, manage, and operate the front you publish on the platform.

You must not create a front for a business, brand, person, or organisation unless you own it or have clear permission to represent it.

We may restrict certain features, including payment collection, payouts, higher usage limits, verification badges, or advanced tools, to verified businesses only.

Account & Verification
03

Account Registration

To use Quickfront, you may be required to provide information such as your email address, phone number, full name, username, password, business contact details, WhatsApp number, front name, front slug, business category, business description, and other information needed to set up your account or front.

You agree that all information you provide must be accurate, current, complete, and yours, or provided with proper authorisation.

You are responsible for keeping your login details, devices, email account, and account access secure. You are also responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you must notify us immediately. We may restrict or secure your account while we review the issue.

If we believe that your account information is false, incomplete, misleading, unauthorised, or suspicious, we may restrict, suspend, verify, or close your account or front.

04

Email, Phone, and Account Verification

We may verify your email address, phone number, or other contact information before allowing you to use some features.

We may also request additional verification before allowing you to publish a front, receive payments, receive payouts to your bank account, increase limits, use certain features, or continue using the platform.

Verification may include business registration checks, identity checks, phone verification, email verification, document review, business ownership checks, or third-party verification services.

Completing verification does not mean Quickfront endorses you, guarantees your business, guarantees your products, or accepts responsibility for your actions.

05

Business Verification and KYC

Quickfront may require business verification, identity verification, or Know Your Customer checks before you can access certain features.

This may include collecting or verifying information such as business name, business registration details, CAC documents, identity information, BVN, NIN, business ownership information, director or owner information, business address, contact details, and other information required for verification, payment, fraud prevention, compliance, or platform safety.

We may use trusted third-party verification providers to help us complete these checks.

If you fail verification, refuse to provide requested information, provide false information, or we cannot confirm your authority to operate a business or front, we may restrict, suspend, unpublish, or close your account or front.

We may classify some fronts as unverified, verified, or another status we choose. Verification status may affect feature access, payment access, trust indicators, or platform limits.

Fronts & Products
06

Fronts and Seller Responsibility

You are responsible for your front and everything displayed, uploaded, sold, promoted, promised, or communicated through it.

This includes your products, services, prices, descriptions, images, business information, policies, stock levels, delivery options, refund terms, customer messages, AI knowledge base, and any claims made to customers.

You must ensure that your front is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

You must not use Quickfront to pretend to be another business, copy another brand without permission, mislead customers, or create confusion about who owns or operates a front.

We may provide tools to help you manage your business, but you remain responsible for how you use those tools.

07

Products, Services, and Digital Goods

Quickfront may allow sellers to list physical products, services, and digital products, where available.

You are responsible for ensuring that any product, service, or digital item you list is legal, safe, accurately described, properly priced, and allowed under these Terms, applicable law, and the rules of our payment partners.

If your product or service requires a licence, permit, registration, certification, approval, age restriction, health warning, safety information, or regulatory clearance, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining it.

Quickfront may remove, restrict, or disable any product, service, or front that we believe may create legal, safety, regulatory, payment, fraud, customer protection, or platform risk.

08

Prohibited Products, Services, and Activities

You must not use Quickfront to sell, promote, support, collect payment for, or facilitate anything illegal, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, restricted, or prohibited.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  1. (a)fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, fake businesses, or deceptive activity;
  2. (b)counterfeit goods, stolen goods, fake documents, or unauthorised branded products;
  3. (c)illegal drugs, banned substances, drug paraphernalia, or controlled substances sold unlawfully;
  4. (d)weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, destructive devices, or dangerous items;
  5. (e)products or services that promote violence, hate, abuse, exploitation, or illegal activity;
  6. (f)Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, illegal investment schemes, or misleading financial promises;
  7. (g)gambling, betting, lottery, or games of chance unless expressly approved by us and legally authorised;
  8. (h)adult sexual content, sexually exploitative services, or illegal adult services;
  9. (i)products that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;
  10. (j)products that create serious health, safety, regulatory, or payment processing risk;
  11. (k)any business, product, transaction, or activity prohibited by our payment partners;
  12. (l)any activity that may damage Quickfront, our users, our payment partners, customers, or the public.

Some categories, such as alcohol, supplements, cosmetics, food, health-related products, medicine-related products, regulated services, and age-restricted products, may require verification, documentation, compliance checks, or additional restrictions.

We may update our prohibited or restricted categories at any time.

09

Moderation and Review

We do not promise to review every front, product, service, image, message, order, or AI response before it goes live.

We may, however, monitor, review, investigate, restrict, remove, suspend, disable, or unpublish any account, front, product, service, order, content, payment feature, AI feature, or other feature where we believe there may be a violation of these Terms, applicable law, payment partner rules, customer safety standards, or platform integrity.

We may take action based on our own review, automated systems, user reports, customer complaints, payment provider alerts, suspicious activity, fraud signals, or other information available to us.

We may act quickly where we believe there is a risk to customers, sellers, Quickfront, payment providers, or the public.

10

Reports and Complaints

Customers, users, businesses, rights holders, or other parties may report a front, product, service, order, or seller.

When we receive a report, we may review the issue, contact the seller, request evidence, pause a payment or payout, restrict a front, remove a product, require a refund, or take any other action we consider appropriate.

Reporting a front does not guarantee a refund, takedown, suspension, or specific outcome.

Quickfront may make decisions based on the information available to us at the time.

Orders & Commerce
11

Customer Orders

Customers may place orders through a seller's front. Customers may be asked to provide information such as name, email address, phone number, delivery or pickup details, order information, payment information, and other details needed to process the order.

The seller is responsible for accepting, preparing, fulfilling, delivering, completing, cancelling, refunding, or supporting customer orders.

We may provide the tools used to receive and manage the order, but We are not the seller of the products or services ordered.

12

Delivery, Pickup, and Fulfilment

Sellers are responsible for delivery, pickup, fulfilment, shipping fees, delivery timelines, delivery accuracy, and customer communication.

We do not currently provide logistics or delivery services.

If delivery fees, pickup options, or fulfilment details are shown on a front, the seller is responsible for making sure they are accurate and honoured.

We are not responsible for failed delivery, late delivery, damaged goods, wrong items, missing items, or failed fulfilment by a seller.

13

Refunds, Returns, and Disputes

Sellers are responsible for their refund, return, replacement, cancellation, and dispute policies.

We may provide tools or support for handling complaints, refunds, or disputes, but Quickfront is not automatically responsible for refunding customers for seller actions.

Where a payout or settlement is pending or under review, we or our payment gateway partner may pause a payout, investigate a complaint, contact the seller, require a seller response, reverse a transaction where possible, force a refund where appropriate, or take other action after review.

Quickfront may consider factors such as order records, payment status, seller response, customer evidence, delivery evidence, fraud signals, and platform risk.

We do not guarantee that every customer complaint will result in a refund.

14

Payments From Customers

Where available, customers may pay for orders through checkout on a front. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway partners and supported payment service providers.

We do not directly process card payments or store full card details. All payment processing, transaction handling, and settlement are managed by our payment gateway partners.

Upon a successful transaction, our payment gateway partner processes the payment and pays out directly to the bank account the seller has registered for payouts. We do not hold seller funds in a platform wallet or intermediate balance.

Payouts are subject to the settlement timelines, rules, and procedures of our payment gateway partners. Funds may be pending, subject to settlement, subject to review, subject to chargeback risk, or subject to payout limits set by the payment partner.

We or our payment partners may delay, pause, reverse, deduct, or withhold payouts where required for fraud prevention, customer complaints, failed transactions, chargebacks, suspicious activity, payment provider rules, account verification, legal compliance, or platform safety.

We do not hold, pool, or intermediate customer funds at any point. All payments made by customers go directly through our licensed third-party payment gateway partner. Quickfront never has custody of customer payments.

15

Payment Fees

We may charge subscription fees for access to the platform.

We may also pass payment processing fees, transaction charges, bank charges, payout charges, failed payment charges, chargeback fees, or other third-party charges to sellers or customers, depending on how the feature is configured.

Payment provider fees are not controlled by Quickfront and may change.

Subscriptions & Billing
16

Platform Subscriptions

Some Quickfront features require an active paid subscription.

We may offer monthly plans, yearly plans, discounted plans, free trials, access-code-based trials, promotional offers, or other subscription options.

By choosing a paid plan, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes, charges, or fees.

If you choose a recurring plan, your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

17

Free Trials and Card Verification

We may offer a free trial to eligible users, including through an access code.

A free trial may require you to add a valid card or payment method before the trial starts.

We may charge a small card verification fee or temporary verification amount to confirm that your card is valid. Where stated at checkout, this verification charge may be non-refundable.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan may automatically renew and your card may be charged at the end of the trial.

The trial terms shown to you at checkout or onboarding will apply to that trial.

18

Saved Cards and Recurring Billing

We do not store full payment card details on its own servers.

Card payments, saved cards, tokenisation, encryption, and recurring billing authorisation are handled by our payment gateway partners.

Where you choose to save a card or authorise automatic renewal, the card information is securely handled by the payment partner, and Quickfront only receives the information needed to manage your subscription, payment status, transaction reference, renewal, or related billing activity.

By authorising recurring billing, you allow Quickfront and our payment partner to charge your selected payment method automatically for your subscription renewals until you cancel or your subscription is otherwise ended.

19

Cancellation and Refunds for Platform Subscription

You may cancel your subscription from your dashboard where cancellation is available.

If you cancel, you may continue using paid features until the end of your current paid billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

We do not provide refunds simply because you stopped using the platform, forgot to cancel, changed your mind, or no longer need the service after payment has been made.

20

Failed Subscription Payments

If your subscription renewal fails, we may notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment method or resolve the issue.

During the grace period, we may continue, limit, or restrict access to some features.

If payment is not resolved after the grace period, we may take your front offline, restrict access to paid features, pause AI features, pause payment features, or require renewal before your front or features are restored.

You may still be able to access your dashboard to manage billing, export data, or renew your subscription, depending on the restrictions applied.

AI & Data
21

AI Assistant and Automated Conversations

We may provide AI assistant features that allow sellers to automate customer conversations on their fronts.

The AI assistant may use information from the seller's public products, prices, inventory, business information, and seller-controlled knowledge base.

Sellers are responsible for the information they provide to the AI assistant and for monitoring how the AI assistant represents their business.

The AI assistant may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unable to answer some questions. Important information such as pricing, stock, delivery timelines, refunds, warranties, product suitability, and business policies should be confirmed by the seller where necessary.

The AI assistant should not be used as a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, safety, or regulated advice.

Quickfront may limit, disable, restrict, or remove AI assistant access based on subscription plan, usage limits, misuse, safety concerns, or platform rules. Sellers may be able to disable the AI assistant where that feature is available.

22

AI Chat Records

Quickfront may process AI chat messages to provide the AI assistant, improve the service, monitor abuse, investigate issues, maintain safety, and help sellers understand customer interactions.

Where available, sellers may be able to view AI chat history or customer conversations connected to their front from their dashboard.

Customers who chat with a front's AI assistant should understand that their messages may be visible to the seller operating that front and may be processed by Quickfront and our AI service providers.

Sellers must not misuse customer chat information.

23

Seller Customer Data

When customers interact with a front, sellers may receive customer information such as name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order history, chat messages, and other order-related information.

Sellers must use customer data only for legitimate business purposes connected to the customer's order, support request, delivery, customer relationship, or lawful marketing where permitted.

Sellers must not sell, misuse, spam, harass, expose, or unlawfully share customer data obtained through Quickfront.

Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable data protection, consumer protection, marketing, and business laws when using customer data.

24

Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep the platform working, secure accounts, remember user preferences or progress, improve performance, prevent abuse, and understand platform usage.

Some information may be temporarily stored in your browser to make the platform easier to use, such as helping you continue a setup flow without starting again.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained further in our Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy.

25

Uploads, Images, and Media

You may upload images, logos, profile pictures, product images, front images, and other media where the feature is available.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use anything you upload.

You must not upload content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, harmful, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, malicious, or unsafe.

Quickfront may compress, resize, convert, optimise, store, cache, display, or deliver uploaded media to improve speed, quality, storage, and user experience.

Uploaded product images, logos, and front images may be publicly visible on your front.

We may remove or restrict uploaded content that violates these Terms or creates risk.

26

Documents and Verification Uploads

Where verification is required, you may be asked to upload business documents, identity documents, or other verification materials.

You must provide genuine, accurate, and lawful documents.

Submitting false, forged, altered, stolen, or misleading documents may result in account restriction, payment restriction, payout delay, suspension, or closure.

Verification documents may be processed by Quickfront and trusted verification partners for verification, compliance, fraud prevention, and platform safety.

27

Admin Access and Platform Monitoring

Our admins may access user accounts, fronts, products, orders, customers, uploaded content, payment records, AI settings, AI chats, reports, and other platform data where needed for support, moderation, compliance, debugging, fraud prevention, dispute review, platform safety, or service operation.

Admin activity may be recorded in internal audit logs.

Admin access is intended to be limited to legitimate operational and safety purposes.

  1. (a)you violated these Terms;
  2. (b)your front or activity may be illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or unsafe;
  3. (c)you provided false, incomplete, or suspicious information;
  4. (d)you failed verification or refused to provide requested information;
  5. (e)your activity creates chargeback, refund, fraud, payment, customer, regulatory, or platform risk;
  6. (f)your subscription payment failed and was not resolved;
  7. (g)your use may harm Quickfront, customers, sellers, payment partners, or the public;
  8. (h)we are required or advised to do so by a payment partner, verification provider, or other service provider.

We may act with or without prior notice, depending on the seriousness and urgency of the issue.

Where reasonable, we may give you an opportunity to respond, verify your account, fix the issue, or appeal the decision.

29

Account Deletion and Data Export

Where available, you may request to delete your account or export your data.

Deleting your account may remove or disable your dashboard, front, products, images, settings, AI assistant, customer management tools, and related features.

We may retain certain information where necessary for payment records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, tax, accounting, legal compliance, backup, audit, or legitimate business purposes.

Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before deletion. More details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

30

Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party services for hosting, infrastructure, database storage, payments, card processing, identity or business verification, email delivery, phone verification, SMS, WhatsApp messaging, analytics, anti-spam protection, AI services, file storage, and other functions.

These third-party services may include providers such as hosting providers, cloud providers, payment processors, verification providers, analytics providers, communication providers, AI providers, and security providers.

Your use of some features may also be subject to the terms, privacy notices, fees, and restrictions of those third-party providers.

31

Payment Partner Rules

You agree to comply with the rules of our payment partners where your use of Quickfront involves payments, checkout, subscriptions, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, or card processing.

If a payment partner restricts, reverses, delays, rejects, flags, or refuses a transaction, payout, business, product, or account, Quickfront may take corresponding action on your account or front.

We are not responsible for payment partner downtime, failed transactions, rejected cards, delayed settlements, bank delays, chargebacks, reversals, or payment method restrictions outside our control.
