Sell the hair growth oil, lash cleanser and aftercare products clients ask for. Your storefront can offer services and retail products, while product orders keep stock, customers and receipts connected.

Track retail quantities, adjust stock and see low-stock items before you run out. Keep customer contact details and purchase history, so a return visit does not feel like starting again.

Products and appointments have their own checkout flows. Treatment consumables are not automatically deducted from retail stock.

Lash refills, nail maintenance and regular treatments belong on a calendar, not in your memory. Schedule repeat appointments from the web dashboard and check the whole series against availability.

Set time between bookings for cleanup, preparation or travel. On plans with team access, assign existing staff and respect their hours, blocked dates and shared resources.

Repeat every

6 visits, Saturdays at 10:00, from 7 Nov 2026 to 16 Jan 2027.

Up to twelve visits, every one, two or four weeks, at the same local time. Every visit must fit the service booking window and schedule. A conflict prevents the whole series from being saved. Each visit is billed separately, with no automatic charge or prepaid package.

Record walk-ins and manual bookings. Follow invoices and payments. Keep customer records, review your sales, and ask your assistant for help with everyday business work. You are not adding a separate tool for every part of the day.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for your appointments, products and working day.

Is this just for full-service salons?

No. Independent nail and lash technicians, makeup artists, hair studios, brow specialists and skincare businesses can use the same service and booking tools. Start with the services you offer and add retail products or a team when you need them.

Can customers choose extras that change the price and appointment length?

Yes. Add required or optional choices, set an extra price and reserved time for each, and allow quantities where appropriate. Customers see the selected total before booking. Their saved booking keeps its agreed choices, price and duration even if you edit the service later.

Can I take deposits and collect the remaining balance?

Yes. Configure a fixed or percentage deposit on a service, or request full payment. Customers can pay online through the supported payment flow. Booking invoices and payment records help you follow the remaining balance. Provider transaction fees can apply; a deposit does not guarantee attendance.

How do bridal, mobile and custom jobs work?

Use request or approval-based services for work that needs a conversation first. Collect booking answers and reference photos, review the request, then send a quote for acceptance and payment. Services offered at the customer’s location require an appointment address. Agree travel arrangements and any additional charge before payment. This is not an automatic multi-provider wedding itinerary.

Can I book repeat lash refills or maintenance appointments?

Yes. In the web dashboard, you can schedule up to twelve visits at the same local time, every one, two or four weeks, within the service booking window. Every visit must fit the available schedule. Each visit is billed separately; this does not create prepaid treatment credits or automatic recurring charges.

Can I sell beauty products as well as services?

Yes. Put retail products and services on the same storefront. Product orders use the product checkout and stock records; service appointments use the booking and payment flow. Retail stock tracking does not automatically deduct every consumable used during a treatment.

Can I manage staff and shared equipment?

On plans with team access, assign active team members to manual appointments and manage their working hours and blocked periods. Shared resources and booking buffers help protect appointment capacity. Separate staff can work at the same time when they do not share a restricted resource. Existing team limits apply.

What does it cost to get started?

Service choices, consultation questions and repeat appointments are available on every plan. Start with the one-time trial, then choose the paid plan that fits your catalogue, inventory locations and team. See the pricing page for current prices and limits. Payment-provider fees can still apply.
