Pricing Policy
How we set, communicate, and change subscription prices and fees.

Overview
This Pricing Policy explains how we set, communicate, and change the prices of our subscription plans and any other fees associated with using the platform. By subscribing to any Quickfront plan, you agree to the terms described in this policy. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Current Plans and Pricing
We offer three subscription plans: Starter, Growth, and Scale. Current pricing for each plan, including monthly and multi-month duration options, is always displayed on our pricing page. The prices shown on the pricing page at the time of your subscription are the prices that apply to your current billing cycle.
Prices are displayed and charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN). All transactions are processed through our payment provider, Paystack.
Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are available on monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual billing cycles. Longer billing cycles may be offered at a discounted rate compared to the equivalent monthly price. The discount applicable to each duration is shown at the time of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method at the start of each renewal cycle.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. When a price change affects an existing subscription, the following applies:
- —Notice period. We will give you at least 30 days notice before a price change takes effect on your account. Notice will be sent to the email address associated with your account and displayed as an in-app notification in your dashboard.
- —When changes take effect. A price change will not take effect until the start of your next billing cycle after the 30-day notice period has passed. You will never be charged a new price mid-cycle.
- —Your options. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date and you will not be charged the updated amount. Continued use of the platform after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- —New subscribers. Price changes apply immediately to new subscriptions created after the change is announced. Existing subscribers are protected by the 30-day notice period described above.
Plan Features and Limits
Each plan comes with a defined set of features and usage limits, including but not limited to product counts, team member seats, active discount codes, invoice limits, AI credit allocations, and location limits. These limits are described in full on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to adjust the features and limits included in each plan at any time. When limits are reduced or features are removed from a plan you are currently subscribed to, we will provide at least 30 days notice. When limits are increased or features are added, changes may take effect immediately without notice.
If a plan feature is discontinued entirely, affected subscribers will be notified and, where appropriate, offered an alternative or a plan adjustment.
AI Credits
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused AI credits do not roll over to the next cycle and hold no monetary value. AI credits are not transferable between accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
We reserve the right to adjust AI credit allocations, credit costs per feature, and the features that consume credits at any time. Material reductions to credit allocations for existing subscribers will be communicated with at least 14 days notice.
Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, the terms of the trial, including its duration and any card authorisation requirements, will be clearly stated at the time of activation. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically move to the selected paid plan and your saved payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Trial eligibility is limited to one per user. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time.
Discounts and Promotional Pricing
We may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or special rates from time to time. Promotional pricing applies only for the duration stated at the time of the offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional rates do not renew automatically and your subscription will revert to the standard plan price at the end of the promotional period.
Promotional prices cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time before it is applied to your account.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of documented billing errors or technical failures directly caused by us that prevented access to the platform for a significant portion of a billing cycle. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 14 days of the charge in question.
Failed Payments and Grace Period
If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your saved payment method up to three times over a period of 72 hours. If all attempts fail, your account will enter a grace period of three days during which you retain full access to the platform. After the grace period, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be restricted until payment is successfully completed.
You will be notified by email and in-app notification at each stage of this process. To avoid service interruption, we recommend keeping your payment method up to date in your account settings.
Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
- —Upgrades. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. Any difference in price for the remainder of your current billing cycle will be calculated and charged at the time of upgrade.
- —Downgrades. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then. Data that exceeds the limits of your new plan is not deleted but new actions that would exceed those limits will be restricted. Specific downgrade behaviour for each limit type is described in our Terms of Service.
Taxes
All prices displayed on our platform are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where required by law, applicable taxes such as Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to the subscription price at checkout. Tax obligations vary depending on your location and business registration status.
Currency and Payment Processing
All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack. International cards may be accepted subject to Paystack's card acceptance policies and your card issuer's terms. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your card issuer and we have no control over the exchange rate applied.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Pricing Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated policy will be published at quickfront.app/pricing-policy and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. For material changes, we will notify existing subscribers by email. Continued use of the platform after the updated policy is published constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
