Referral Policy
How our referral program, commissions, eligibility, and payouts work.
Effective: June 12, 2026
Overview
We may allow users to refer businesses and earn commission when those businesses start paying for a Quickfront subscription.
This referral program is designed as a commission system. It is not a wallet, savings account, stored-value account, or money transfer service.
We track eligible referral commissions and pay approved commissions to the user's connected bank account after payout request and review.
Referral Codes and Links
Each eligible user may receive a unique referral code and referral link.
Referral codes are used to identify users who referred new businesses to Quickfront.
A referral may be recorded when a new user signs up through a valid referral link or enters a valid referral code during signup or onboarding.
We may reject or adjust referrals that are incomplete, duplicated, suspicious, abusive, or not properly tracked by the system.
Referral Link Tracking
A referral link may include the referrer's code directly in the URL. Example: quickfront.app/A7K2
When someone visits Quickfront through a valid referral link, we may temporarily store the referral code so it can be attached during signup.
If the visitor creates an account, the referral may be attached automatically to the referrer.
If a referral code is already captured from the referral link, the referral code field may be prefilled and locked during signup or onboarding.
Manual Referral Code Entry
If a referral code was not captured from a referral link, a new user may be able to enter a referral code manually during signup or onboarding.
We may validate the referral code before attaching the referral.
Invalid, expired, blocked, or suspicious referral codes may be rejected.
Free Trial Referrals
Referred users may be allowed to use a free trial.
A referred user on free trial may appear in the referrer's dashboard as a pending referral.
No commission is earned while the referred user is on free trial.
Commission starts only after the referred user begins a paid subscription and the subscription payment is successfully confirmed.
Commission Eligibility
A referral commission may be created only when:
- —The referred user signed up through a valid referral code or referral link.
- —The referred user has an active paid subscription.
- —The subscription payment was successful.
- —The payment has not been refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or charged back.
- —The referral has not been flagged for abuse.
- —The referral is still within the eligible commission period.
We do not pay commission on failed payments, free trials, refunded payments, reversed payments, disputed payments, cancelled subscriptions, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or abusive referrals.
This is a single-level commission program. You earn commission only on direct referrals you make. You do not earn commission from users referred by your referrals. There is no multi-level or downline structure.
Commission Amount
The default referral commission is 10% of successful subscription payments made by a referred business.
We may change the commission percentage, payout rules, payout threshold, or eligibility rules from the admin settings or by updating this policy. Changes to the commission percentage will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect on new referral payments. Commission already earned at the previous rate is not affected by the change.
If the referred business upgrades or downgrades their subscription plan, future commission may increase or decrease based on the new subscription amount.
Commission Duration
A referrer earns commission from a referred business for as long as the referred business maintains an active paid subscription. Commission is earned each month the referred business's subscription payment is successful.
Free trial months do not count as paid months. Failed, refunded, reversed, disputed, or cancelled payments do not count as paid months. Commission ends when the referred business cancels their subscription or the subscription payment stops.
Commission Statuses
Referral commission may pass through different statuses:
- —Pending Commission: Commission that has not yet been confirmed. This may include referrals still on free trial, unconfirmed payments, failed payments, or payments under review.
- —Confirmed Commission: Commission created from a successful subscription payment.
- —Available Commission: Confirmed commission that can count toward a payout request.
- —Archived Referral: A referral that has completed the maximum eligible commission period.
- —Paid Commission: Commission that has been paid to the user's connected bank account and marked as paid by Quickfront.
- —Reversed Commission: Commission that was removed because the related payment failed, was refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, charged back, or flagged as invalid.
Payouts
Users may request payout only when their available commission balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. The current minimum payout threshold is ₦20,000. This threshold may change with 30 days notice.
Payouts are processed manually for now. After a payout request is submitted, we may review the request before payment.
If approved, we will pay the commission to the user's connected bank account. After payment is made, we may mark the payout as paid in the dashboard.
Approved commissions remain payable indefinitely. Pending commissions that are not confirmed within 12 months of the referral payment period may be reviewed and removed if the underlying referral no longer qualifies.
Bank Account Requirement
Users must provide a valid bank account before receiving referral commission payout.
We may require account verification before processing payouts.
We are not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect account details provided by the user.
No Wallet or Stored Value
The referral commission dashboard is not a wallet. The commission shown in the dashboard is a record of potential or approved referral earnings.
Users cannot fund it, transfer it to another user, or use it to pay for subscriptions inside Quickfront unless Quickfront introduces a separate approved feature in the future.
Commission becomes payable only after it meets the referral program rules and is approved for payout.
Abuse and Fraud
We may delay, reject, reverse, or cancel referral commission if there is evidence of abuse. Abuse may include self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, misleading promotions, referral manipulation, fraudulent businesses, suspicious signup patterns, attempts to exploit free trials, or referrals made through unauthorized or deceptive methods.
We may suspend a user from the referral program if abuse is detected.
Referral Promotion Rules
Users should not mislead others when promoting Quickfront. Users should not promise guaranteed income. Users should not claim that Quickfront provides a wallet, investment product, savings product, loan product, or money transfer service.
Users should clearly disclose that they may earn commission when someone subscribes through their referral link.
Changes to the Referral Program
We may update, pause, or stop the referral program at any time. Quickfront may also update the commission percentage, minimum payout amount, payout schedule, eligibility rules, and referral policy.
Where necessary, users will be notified of important changes.
Final Policy Statement
Quickfront referrals are handled as a commission program. We do not operate a wallet for referral earnings. We track eligible referral commissions and pays approved earnings directly to the user's connected bank account.
